Eat lean protein, good carbs (avoid the sugar and white breads completely), and some nuts (good fat) in your diet. I am a cancer survivor as well, and I've never smoked. However, I think that nobody *deserves* to die from cancer or get cancer, whether they have smoked or not. Most types of cancer are horrible - the treatments are often worse than the symptoms of the disease itself - and I wouldn't wish it on anybody. In my mind it doesn't matter whether a person is stupid/naive enough to smoke or not.

I've been for a drive lately and I would have to say there is a significant damage spread. More than I thought. Coming home from work after the 5.2 this morning I noticed cracks running up the Science Alive buildings clock tower on two sides, that thing is coming down, only a matter of time. >_< we had so many cool buildings too :( Also to axel, it was early as in the morning man :) noone was out, If was 4 hours later there would be plenty of plate glass and brick fatalities for sure..
