@PuRPLENEMESiiS According to bugatti the Customer cars are electronically limited to (257.90 mph) so what it did, can't be done by the public so technically it can't do 267 mph. The places to do 267 mph are so limited it's pointless to argue about it's ability. I am not aiming to beat a space shuttle to the moon. I am however looking for the fastest/ nicest looking/ most comfortable daily driver. The veyron is a great machine but it's the ugliest car I've ever seen next to the pontiac aztec.

The ZR1 is in a class ABOVE the GTR... The GTR is in the same class of car as the Z06... The test isn't incredibly fair, problem is, the GTR is a track designed car, and most European tests praised it highly as a track car, rather than a straight line car... Which it most certainly is not. Not saying the ZR1 isn't a great car... It's an incredible car, just saying it's a class above the GTR in terms of racing and what not.

@eg6gsr Dude, I am not arguing against Corvette. Out of all American sports cars, that would be the only one I would consider buying. I beleive its the best sports car from USA. I am only getting to GTR's case that this comparison is not really fair. Check the videos of Moscow Unlimited, I always wanted an M5 or M6, but after watching GTR in action, it is incredible what it does. Look at the vids.

I say we put the ZR-1 against the Ferrari 599 GTO. Or the new Porsche 911 GT2 RS. Or the Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SV. It would then realise what its like to have less horsepower than other cars, even thought the GT2 has only 620 and it lapped the Nordschleife faster than the ZR-1. By 8.4 seconds.

@pablopaul123 The Viper ACR and the Corvette ZR1 are un-modded factory stock automobiles coming off standard Dodge and Chevy assembly lines. Both cars are in the $115k range as opposed to the $200k+ Pratt and Miller, Hennessey, Lingenfelter, etc. specialty cars. The factory stock Viper ACR and the Corvette ZR1 are two of the fastest bone-stock production vehicles ever tested at the Nurburgring. Both are significantly faster on an actual racetrack than any of the cars named in this video.

There are a lot more cars that have more problems than Volkswagons. Chevy's have tons of problems also. My dads got a truck and he's already had to get a new tranny, breaks, hubs, and new shocks.
